• • To obtain the best print results possible with the direct to garment print method, upload your artwork file following the below specifications:
  • PNG file preferred with a transparent background, JPG is also accepted but will require the background to be removed if needed
  • Upload your photo at the highest resolution possible (between 200 to 300 DPI) and at the largest size possible to accommodate any resizing involved. We can print below 150 DPI but this may result in an overall 'soft' image.
  • If we are concerned about your image quality, we will contact you prior to sending it to production.
  • While we try to provide you the best result, it’s your responsibility to supply high quality artwork, at least 150dpi, and to communicate any artwork or size concerns.

• How to keep your garment looking fresh and long lasting:
  Wash inside-out: This protects the print from abrasion during washing.
  Cold water, gentle cycle: Use cold water and a gentle wash cycle to prevent damage to the print.
  Mild detergent: Avoid harsh detergents and always use a mild option.
  No bleach or fabric softener: These chemicals can damage the print.
  Air dry preferred: Hang drying is the best way to preserve the print, but you can tumble dry on low heat if needed.
  Cool iron, inside-out: If ironing is necessary, use a cool setting and iron on the inside of the garment.
